Spiced Citrus Iced Tea

 
4 tea bags of choice
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1 t. whole cloves
2 cups boiling water
4 cups cold water
1 1/2 cups orange juice
3 T. lemon juice
sprigs of mint for garnish
 

In a large bowl or pitcher, combine tea bags, brown rice syrup, and cloves. Pour boiling water over the top, cover, and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out tea bags and cloves and allow the tea mixture to cool completely before stirring in the remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve in iced glasses and garnish with sprigs of mint.

Yields: 2 Quarts
